1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refund eligibility depends on the nature of the service and the timing of the refund request. Refunds are considered under the following conditions:

  • Cancellations made 24 hours or more before a scheduled consultation are eligible for a full refund.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled consultation may incur a cancellation fee as per our policy. In such cases, only a partial refund may be issued.
  • If NutriInsights is unable to fulfill a scheduled consultation due to unforeseen circumstances, you may be eligible for a full refund or rescheduling at no additional charge.

2. Non-Refundable Services

Certain services and products may be non-refundable, including but not limited to:

  • Services that have already been rendered.
  • Customized meal plans, nutrition reports, and materials that have been prepared specifically for the client.
  • Any digital products or downloadable content purchased on the NutriInsights website.

3. Requesting a Refund

4. Processing Refunds

Once your refund request is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of booking.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refunded amount to your account.

5. Rescheduling Policy

If you wish to reschedule your appointment instead of canceling it:

  • Please contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment to avoid any cancellation fees.
  • Rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a fee.
